Thanksgiving Rolls

Ingredients:
8 cup - flour
1/2 cup - sugar
4 teaspoon - salt
2 envelopes - Rapid Rise Yeast
2 - eggs
1 1/2 cup - milk
1/2 cup - water
1/2 cup - butter

Directions:
mix 3 cups of flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in mixer bowl
combine milk, water, and butter
heat until 120º to 130ºF
Add flour mixture and eggs
beat 2 minutes at medium speed and scrape bowl
add 2 cups of flour
beat at high speed for 2 minutes and scrape bowl
stir in enough flour to make a soft dough
turn out into lightly floured surface an dknead until smooth and elastic (about 7 minutes)
cover, let rest 10 minutes
divide dough into 3 pieces, roll each into flat piece
slice into strips
tie into knots
place onto parchemnt paper 2 inches apart
cover and let rise in a warm draft free place about 30-45 min
bake at 275ºF for 20-25 min
cool rolls on wire racks
put rolls into plastic bags and put them in the freezer for up to a month
place rolls on ungreased baking sheet in oven for 12 min at 400ºF
brush melted butter on them
