2 cups - Cherry tomatoes

4 cloves - Fresh garlic

1/4 cup - Fresh basil

1/4 teaspoon - Salt

dash - Pepper

1/4 teaspoon - Pepper flakes

1 block - Feta cheese

Directions:

Combine oil, tomatoes, salt, pepper, pepper flakes and garlic in a casserole dish.

Place the block of cheese in the middle of the dish.

Top with basil.

Bake at 400 for 25 to 30 minutes.

Using a fork, mash the contents of the dish.

Serve over pasta.
