6 whole - Chopped Onions

1/4 - Butter
-
quart - Vegetable broth

1/4 cup - White vinegar or apple cider vinegar

teaspoon - Salt

2 packets - Brown vegetarian gravy/broth mix

teaspoon - Cinnamon
Utensils:

1 Pot
-
1 Mixing/serving spoon

Melt the butter in the pot
-
Cook onions in the pot with butter until the onions become soft
-
Mix in cinnamon and gravy mix
-
Add broth and vinegar
-
Bring soup to a boil
-
Optional: serve in a bread bowl and top with provolone cheese
