• can - Pumpkin puree
• box - Spice cake mix
• 2 cups - Cream cheese frosting (optional)
• drizzle - Caramel sauce (optional)
• cup - Walnuts or pecans (optional)
• - Chocolate covered coffee beans (optional)

Directions:

1. Mix pumpkin puree and cake mix.
2. Place muffin liners in a muffin pan.
3. Fill lined muffin pan with batter.
4. Bake at 350° fo 25 minutes.
5. Let the muffins cool.
6. Optional: for cupcakes, frost with cream cheese frosting and drizzle caramel sauce over the top, garnish with nuts or coffee beans if desired.
