  • can Pumpkin Puree
  • box Spice Cake Mix
  • 4 Cream Cheese Frosting (Optional)
  • drizzle Caramel Sauce (Optional)
  • cup Walnuts Or Pecans (Optional)
  • Chocolate Covered Coffee Beans (Optional)

Directions

  1. 1 Mix pumpkin puree and cake mix.
  2. 102 Place muffin liners in a muffin pan.
  3. 103 Fill lined muffin pan with batter.
  4. 104 Bake at 350° fo 25 minutes.
  5. 105 Let the muffins cool.
  6. 106 Optional: for cupcakes, frost with cream cheese frosting and drizzle caramel sauce over the top, garnish with nuts or coffee beans if desired.
