Peach pancake topping

Ingredients:
1/2 - Brown sugar
4 - Peaches
2 tbs - Corn starch
1/2 - Water
tbs - Cinnamon

Directions:
Peel and slice peaches or use frozen peaches that are already peeled.
Place peaches, brown sugar and cinnamon in a pot and bring it to a boil
Mix corn starch and water in a small bowl and then mix with peaches
Heat until thickened to desired thickness
Serve over pancakes and top with granola and whipped topping if desired.
