Peach pancake topping

Directions:

  1. Peel and slice peaches or use frozen peaches that are already peeled.
  2. Place peaches, brown sugar and cinnamon in a pot and bring it to a boil
  3. Mix corn starch and water in a small bowl and then mix with peaches
  4. Heat until thickened to desired thickness
  5. Serve over pancakes and top with granola and whipped topping if desired.
