Ingredients:
lb - Pecans
egg - White
tbs - Water
1 cup - Sugar
1 teaspoon - Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon - Vanilla
1/2 teaspoon - Salt

Directions:
Whisk wet ingredients.
Mix pecans into wet ingredients.
Whisk dry ingredients together in a medium bowl.
Pour dry ingredients over pecan mixture.
Mix until pecans are coated with dry ingredients mixture.
Bake at 250 for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes.
