Roasted Christmas pecans

Ingredients

×½ ×1 ×2 ×3

lb Pecans
egg White
tbs Water
½ cup Sugar
½ tsp Cinnamon
¼ tsp Vanilla
¼ tsp Salt

Directions

1 Whisk wet ingredients.
121 Mix pecans into wet ingredients.
122 Whisk dry ingredients together in a medium bowl.
123 Pour dry ingredients over pecan mixture.
124 Mix until pecans are coated with dry ingredients mixture.
125 Bake at 250 for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes.
