Microwave roasted taters

Ingredients

• 3 Potatoes Washed and quartered
• ⅛ cup Butter
• tbs Parsley
• ¼ tsp Salt
• ⅛ tsp Pepper
• ⅛ cup Water

Directions

1. 1 Place water and taters in a microwavable dish.
2. 143 Microwave for 12 minutes, stirring halfway through.
3. 144 Melt butter in the microwave and mix in parsley, salt and pepper.
4. 145 Pour butter mixture over the taters.
5. 146 Enjoy.
