Crockpot Enchiladas

Ingredients

×½ ×1 ×2 ×3
  • 2 Frichick cut into pieces
  • 1 can Enchilada Sauce 28oz
  • 16 Corn Tortillas
  • 3 Grated Cheese
  • 1 can Black Olives 3.8oz

Utensils

  • 1 × crockpot

Directions

  1. 1 Put chicken & enchilada sauce in crockpot
  2. 22 4hr on high or 8hr on low
  3. 23 Cut tortillas into strips, add to chicken, mix
  4. 24 Add 1cup of cheese & 1/2 cup of olives, mix
  5. 25 Add the rest of the cheese and olives on top
  6. 26 40-60 minutes more
